On September 25, 2011, Hande Axle successfully held its 2012 product seminar in the first meeting room of the conference center of Weiyang Lake Hotel in Xi’an. Based on the market situation and the company's actual conditions, this meeting researched and determined the product R&D direction of Hande Axle in 2012, and continued to deepen the structural adjustment based on the coverage of a wide range of products such as construction vehicles, buses, off-highway vehicles, and parts and components. Shaanxi Automobile Automotive Engineering Research Institute, Shaanxi Automobile Group Sales Company, and Hande Company sales, technology, R&D, mining, finance, and other related personnel attended the meeting. 
The meeting first started with a special report by the departments on the market situation and the actual situation of the company, and related issues related to product R&D in 2012. Then the representatives of the Shaanxi Auto Sales Company representatives from January to August 2011 used to match the axles of the axles with heavy trucks. The proportions were notified and the front axle, middle bridge and rear axle assembly requirements for the 2012 Shaanxi Delong F3000 tractors and the Shaanxi Auto DeLong M3000 series models were proposed. 
In the afternoon, the participants exchanged speeches on external markets, policies and regulations, cost control, product positioning, development project review, product verification, process technology, parts service, existing product improvement, and technology cost reduction. Combining practical work with in-depth exchanges and discussions, the atmosphere at the scene was active. 
In the end, we summarized the all-day meeting and deployed four tasks: First, the Hande sales department should do a statistical analysis of the market, so that subsequent product development can be targeted. Secondly, Hande's sales and R&D departments must understand market trends and company product advantages. They must change from providing what the user wants to provide to recommend suitable products to users and help them to become bigger and achieve a win-win situation. Thirdly, the research and development and technology departments of Hande should apply new development analysis tools and strengthen planning at the design stage. They should fully test and verify new products and strengthen the tracking of users' usage so that products can meet market needs. Fourthly, Hande Quality Management Department and after-sales service center must speed up the feedback of after-sales quality problems, fundamentally solve the problem and improve customer satisfaction.
