[Procedures] Article 333 The ground explosives warehouse must have a special suite or a separate room for the release of explosives. In the explosives distribution suite of the sub-library, the blaster's air-explosive box and detonator can be temporarily saved. [Executive Note] The ground distribution room should be set up separately. When it is built with the warehouse, the distribution room should be separated from the warehouse by a solid wall.
