The hardware composition of the position control servo control system of CNC welding positioner: The whole system is composed of IPC industrial computer, AC servo motor and AC servo variable frequency drive. The industrial computer is the core of the test system, and it is used as a controller to realize servo control of the motor position. The servo motor is a permanent magnet synchronous AC servo motor, the rotary axis motor is 1FT5071-0AF71-2-Z, the tilt axis motor is IFT5074-0AC71-2-Z, the motor has no built-in photoelectric encoder, and the external high precision photoelectric code is output. The output is A, B two-way 90-phase pulse, the encoder used is a two-phase input, and set 4 times. To prevent inaccurate counting, continuous counting is used.

In this system, the two-channel orthogonal code counting board PCL-833 is responsible for recording the number of pulses of the photoelectric encoder disk, thereby realizing feedback of position information. The output of the two-channel 12-bit D/A output board is directly connected to the given end of the AC servo variable frequency drive through the emergency brake control circuit board, and is responsible for the motor speed and steering control during the stop and operation of the motor.

System interference and anti-interference measures: The application conditions of CNC welding positioner in the industrial field are very complicated. The operation of equipment such as AC drive, power and pneumatic will cause great interference, and the arc during welding will also be A serious source of interference. The noise generated by these complex environments will interfere with the input and output channels through electromagnetic, electrostatic induction and ground loops. In particular, the signals being detected are relatively weak and require long-distance transmission and are more susceptible to interference.

In the CNC welding positioner, there are mainly the following sources of interference:

1) Due to the interference caused by the electrostatic field, high-frequency electromagnetic field and magnetic field in the space, these spatial disturbances will have a certain degree of influence on the normal operation of the computer, the normal counting of the counter board and the output of the D/A;

2) Strong electrical interference from the AC drive. Switching on and off, spark interference and motor start-up can cause strong interference to the computer;

3) Interference of arc, splash and noise during welding;

4) Interference from the signal path. Random interference caused by the I/O signal transmission line;

5) mutual interference between interface boards;

6) Interference during start, stop and operation of pneumatic and power units.
