The “Opinions” expressly stipulates that we must strictly control long-distance passenger-transmission lines and nighttime operating hours of more than 1,000 kilometers, and create conditions to actively implement long-distance passenger vehicles from 2 to 5 o'clock in the morning to stop operations or implement connection transport.
