Qin Zhanxue, executive vice president of the China Building Materials Circulation Association, said that in the third quarter of 2014, BHI rose month by month and began to decline in October. The “Silver Yen†and “Golden Week†promotional peaks only brought 4.49% of total sales for the month. The growth rate is quite different from the same period of last year. Qin Zhanxue analyzed: “In October, the national property market sales rebounded.
