This transformation first adopted a high-efficiency fluid transport technology to detect and calculate equipment, systematically detected and analyzed the conditions of the circulating cooling water system, analyzed the hydrodynamic characteristics of the circulating cooling water delivery, and optimized calculations were combined with special calculation software, and then based on the Optimizing the calculation results, selecting a suitable energy-efficient circulating cooling water delivery centrifugal pump to replace the previously used low-efficiency running ordinary circulating cooling water delivery centrifugal pump, the transformation achieved a one-time success.

After the PVC plant is changed to high-efficiency and energy-saving centrifugal pump, the annual power saving cost is over one million yuan, and the economic effect is particularly obvious. It is worthy of domestic manufacturers to learn from promotion.
