The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the National Standardization Management Committee recently approved four new mandatory standards for lubricants . They are:

1. GB11181.1-2011 hydraulic oil (L-HL, L-HM, L-HV, L-HS, L-HG)

2. GB11120-2011 turbine oil

3, GB5903-2011 industrial closed gear oil

4, GB2536-2011 electric fluid transformers and switches for unused mineral insulation oil.

The above new national mandatory standards will be implemented on June 1, 2012.
