The National Fine Chemical Quality Inspection Center was officially approved

On January 18, 2012, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ) and the Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Quality Supervision jointly issued the “Approval for the Establishment of the National Fine Chemicals Quality Supervision and Inspection Center” (Quality Inspection Section [2012] No. 47), which was approved in Taizhou. On the basis of the Municipal Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute, the National Fine Chemicals Quality Supervision and Inspection Center will be set up. The formal approval of the Center is a major event in the development of the quality supervision project in Taizhou City. It will enhance the resource effect and advance the science and technology of the fine chemicals industry. Innovation and the development of new products and new materials are of great significance in building Taizhou's 100 billion-grade fine chemicals (pharmaceutical industry) base.

The construction of the National Fine Chemical Quality Inspection Center has received high attention and strong support from the AQSIQ, the Jiangsu Provincial Government, the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau, and the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. It lasted for nearly three years to declare and prepare for construction, according to “Leading at home, "Internationally advanced" goals, high level of construction, high standards, and detection capabilities rank at the domestic advanced level. It has built a new inspection building of 6,600 square meters, purchased nearly 100 sets of testing equipment, equipped with 1,286 kinds of products and 323 parameter detection capabilities, and can conduct 21 detection parameters according to foreign advanced standards. One doctoral student, four senior engineers and five masters are recruited, which can provide the public with a public technology testing service platform that integrates inspection, construction, technology research and development, training and service.

The official preparation of the National Fine Chemical Quality Inspection Center will effectively improve the quality of China's fine chemicals, promote the healthy development of the fine chemical industry, and establish a technical service platform for promoting the construction of Taizhou's 100 billion fine chemical base. In the future, the center will provide services for local economic and social development, focus on improving technical capabilities and service levels, strengthen publicity and promotion, expand brand influence, and provide strong technical support and guarantee for the development of the fine chemical industry.
