China Drying Network News Ordos Chemical Group's 300,000-ton/year ion-exchange membrane caustic soda project A line has been driven recently and produced qualified caustic soda, liquid chlorine and hydrogen chloride gas. The project is located in Qipanjing Industrial Park, Ordos, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and the project is put into production symbol. It is reported that the project uses DuPont's ion membrane and Japanese chlorine project's natural cycle zero-electrode distance electrolyzer, brine process using SF membrane filtration system and membrane denitrification device. After the A line is put into operation, it will annually produce 150,000 tons of caustic soda and 200,000 tons of PVC. The equipment has been running smoothly since it was successfully started, and the supporting PVC equipment is under intense driving. On November 13th, qualified vinyl chloride monomer has been produced, which will open all the processes on the day and produce qualified PVC resin.

Cobalt Based Alloy Powder is recommended for corrosion and oxidation resistance, with better hot hardness values than equivalent Nickel based alloy powder. It is widely applied to steel making industry, coal industry and mining industry.

Mixed powder mainly refers to NiCrBSi mixing with other hard-phase powder such as cast tungsten carbide and other cemented alloy powder, which allows the powder better hardness around HRC60 and excellent abrasion resistance.
