1. The main products of nickel electrolysis
1) Electrolytic Nickel The ultimate goal of electrolysis is to produce electro-nickel. The chemical composition and physical specifications of the electro-nickel produced in China have met the requirements of the national standard GB/T6516-97, as shown in Table 1.

The anolyte continuously flows out of the electrolytic cell, and is sent to purify and remove impurities to produce a new electrolytic solution.
2. Surface quality of electrolytic nickel:

1. Each grade of electrolytic nickel should be cleaned on the surface and the electrolyte in the interlayer, the surface is clean, and there is no contamination of the oil.

Note: The Ni9920 grade can be an amorphous electrolytic nickel product.

2. Ni9999, Ni9996, Ni9990 brand electrolytic nickel should be subject to the following provisions:

( 1 ) The average thickness of electrolytic nickel should not be less than 3mm .

( 2 ) The edges of the electrolysis shall not have dendritic agglomeration and dense pores (allowing for trimming).

( 3 ) The surface of electrolytic nickel shall not have a diameter greater than 2mm The dense pores, the total area of ​​the dense pore area of 0.5 to 2 mm in diameter shall not exceed 10% of the single-sided area of ​​the nickel sheet.

( 4 ) The surface height of electrolytic nickel is greater than 2mm The total area of ​​the dense granulation zone shall not exceed 10% of the single-sided area of ​​the nickel plate.

Note: 25mm × 25mm There are more than 5 pores or agglomerates on the nickel plate area called dense pore areas or dense graining areas.
