The production technology of Butterfly valve is sand mold casting, its materials is nodular cast iron.
We can design,pour,shot blasting, polishing, machining, spray paint processing according to customers drawings and models.
According to materials,we can divide as followers:
(1)Metal material valve: the valve and other parts make of metal materials, such as cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel valves, valve of copper alloy, aluminum alloy valves, lead alloy, titanium alloy valve and monel valve, etc.
(2) The non-metallic materials: the valve and other parts is made of nonmetal materials,such as plastic valve, ceramic valve, valve, glass fiber reinforced plastic valve, etc.
