Lexmark Optoelectronics launches next-generation lighting-grade LED

<

Following the launch of the unpackaged wafers by the wafer factory, the packaging company, Leimeng Optoelectronics announced that it has successfully reached the milestone of wafer encapsulation. Its Tesla series of illumination-grade LEDs have exceeded 240lm/W in laboratory white light (5700K). The warm white (2700K) light effect has exceeded 200lm/W.
At present, Tesla series LED production specifications are white light 180lm/W (5700K, CRI70), warm white is 160lm/W (2700K, CRI80), the new product is currently mainly used in candle lamps and bulbs, in addition to simulating the past tungsten The shape of the silk lamp can also break through the heat dissipation limit of the LED. The candle light of the Lexon product has the performance of 4.5W and 500hotlm. The size of the candle lamp is the same as that of the traditional candle lamp, which is the highest specification for the mass lamp of the existing industry. .
Lei Meng said that the core of the company's R&D culture is to promote the ultimate popularity of LED lighting through persistent innovation. The innovation of Lehman Labs is the foundation of Lexmark's lighting grade TeslaLED. Higher performance LEDs can not only help achieve better creative and better-effect LED lighting applications, but also effectively reduce the cost of LED design and overall solutions.
Lexmark lighting grade LEDs are now available for sampling and production quantities are available on a regular lead time. The product is currently undergoing LM80 testing to demonstrate its durability. It is expected to receive 6,000 hours of LM80 report in April 2014. In addition, the company has applied for multiple invention patents in Taiwan, China and the United States.
