China Drying Network News China has recently submitted an application to the International Standardization Organization-Standardization Technical Committee for Fertilizers and Soil Conditioners (ISO/TC134), and hopes to base it on the industry standard of "Controlled Release Fertilizer" formally implemented on July 1st in China. The formulation of international standards for controlled release fertilizers, the Secretariat of ISO/TC134 has also sent comments to its 22 member states, and the final results will be announced early next year. It is understood that the most accurate international controlled release fertilizer is Japan. Jin Zhengda's technology is close to the technology of similar products in Japan, and some products even exceed the quality of Japanese products. At the same time, Kim Jong-tah continues to develop more green controlled-release fertilizers, such as plant-based coated products, and has made breakthrough progress.

Liu Gang told reporters that at present, there is no clear distinction between slow-release fertilizers and controlled-release fertilizers in the world, and there are no separate standards. Therefore, China's "controlled release fertilizers" industry standard is the world's first industry standard for controlled release fertilizers.

It is understood that at the 8th plenary session of the International ISO/TC134 conference held in Shanghai recently, Liu Gang, as convener of the International Standards Working Group on Inorganic Fertilizers, formally applied for the establishment of an international standard for controlled release fertilizer on behalf of China. The meeting adopted this proposal and included it. The General Assembly resolution will be followed by 22 member states to vote. In addition, at the meeting, during the discussion of the terminological criteria, Liu Gang also defined the slow-release fertilizer and controlled-release fertilizer separately for the first time. "If ISO/TC134 finally passes this application from China, it will increase the influence of China's fertilizer." Liu Gang said.

Zhang Min, the chief drafter of the "controlled release fertilizer" industry standard and a professor at Shandong Agricultural University, said that China's slow and controlled release fertilizers are currently divided into four categories: First, sulfur coated products. The product can only achieve the standard of slow-release fertilizer, and it is difficult to achieve such strict standards for controlled release fertilizers. The second is sulphur-based thermosetting resin coated products. If the product is done well, it can reach the standard of controlled release fertilizer. Third, thermosetting resin coated products. The product can meet the standards of controlled release fertilizers, but the cost is relatively high. The United States controlled release fertilizers are basically this type. Fourth, thermoplastic resin film products. This product has a lower cost than thermoset resin-coated products. Japan's controlled-release fertilizers fall into this category, and China's Kim Jong-ta's main control-release fertilizer is also this category.

Soot Blower

Soot Blower 002 Jpg A soot blower is a system for removing the soot that is deposited on the furnace tube of a boiler during Combustion. Various types of soot blowers such a wall blowers, long retractable blowers and air heater blowers are used for cleaning.

There are follolwing types of soot blowers. Rotary soot blowers (RSB) and long retractable soot blowers (LRSB). Rotary soot blowers rotate at a fixed position. In long retractable soot blowers the lancer enters into flue gas path and also rotates like rotary blowers, steam sootblowers, sonic soot blowers, etc
