Application of Acrel-2000 Power Monitoring System in Beijing Kunlun Hotel

Abstract: This article describes a distribution automation system designed and implemented based on Acrel-2000 power monitoring software and network power meter. The distribution automation system has a decentralized acquisition and centralized control and management. The system realizes the unmanned management function of the microcomputer in the power distribution room. The disorder of the on-site operation of the on-duty personnel was improved, and the quality and management level of the power supply were improved. The utility model has the advantages of concise practicality and low investment.

0 Preface

     At present, the development and reliability of the power supply and distribution industry plays a decisive role in the development of the national economy. The number of key users of key projects, landmark buildings, and large-scale public facilities throughout the country has increased sharply, and the reliability of power supply and distribution systems has become more reliable. Sex, security, real-time, ease of use, compatibility, and narrowing the scope of faults raise higher demands.

    Acrel's Acrel-2000 power monitoring system software utilizes computers, communication equipment, and metering protection devices to provide a basic platform for real-time data acquisition, switch status detection, and remote control of the system. The power monitoring system can provide a "monitoring integration" of the overall solution, including real-time historical database AcrSpace, industrial automation configuration software AcrControl, power automation software AcrNetPower and so on.

This paper takes Beijing Kunlun Hotel as an example to discuss the application of power monitoring system in entertainment places.

1 Project introduction  

     Kunlun Hotel , located in Xinyuan South Road, Chaoyang District , Beijing , is the first five-star hotel in China designed, built and managed by the Chinese. It is a five-star luxury business hotel with international standards managed by Jinjiang International Management Co., Ltd. Over the years, with its good hardware facilities, high-quality services, and significant economic and social benefits, it has hailed the domestic and international hotel services industry . Adjacent to the embassy district, surrounded by the Beijing Capital Tower office building, China International Exhibition Center , Lufthansa Shopping Center, and many office buildings, the highway is within easy reach.

  Shanghai Anke Rui Electric Co., Ltd. in March 2013 to undertake the design and implementation of the Beijing Kunlun Hotel in power monitoring system.

2 user needs

   According to the Beijing Kunlun Hotel , the conclusions drawn from the customer's needs are as follows:

Power distribution system is mainly carried out by the Underground Substation 10KV and 0.4KV power distribution management in two parts, underground distribution throughout the room to provide the required power Kunlun Hotel, in order to achieve real-time monitoring of the entire power system and the Kunlun Hotel, on duty room set up a monitoring center, power monitoring system background ACREL- 2 000-based, real-time monitoring of the entire distribution system. As shown in Figure 1 below:

3 design plan

  The project requires monitoring and control of underground distribution room a total of 210 tables, distributed in 2 areas; a total of 180 low-voltage parts, high-pressure part of the 30 meters; high-voltage part of the distance monitoring center duty room nearly 200 meters distance, including multi-function Table 10 bus, microcomputer protection 2 bus, a total of 12 bus to the instrument to the monitoring center of the 16 serial port server; low-voltage part and the monitoring center only a wall separate, on-site instrument through the 485 bus go to the monitoring center 16 serial port server . And then transmits the data to the monitoring center host, to achieve data collection, processing, display, monitoring and control, and upload and storage equipment.

3.2 Network Structure Diagram Topology

In order to meet the requirements of the unified monitoring of the distribution room, the installation of Onkerui's network power meters at the power distribution room is hand-in-hand connected to the serial port server through a shielded twisted pair cable. The serial port server is then transmitted to the back-end host via the network switch to collect the on-site data. , storage, processing, real-time display and historical query , as shown in Figure 2 below:

3.3 Instrument, communication cable, switch and serial server selection

The field device layer equipment is 188 power meters. These devices are installed on the corresponding distribution circuit according to design requirements. RS-485 interface to achieve data exchange with the host computer system. Multifunction table and the communication protocol for the protection Modbus-RTU, communication management table is composed of a serial server Nport-5630 -16, used in the actual project 12 485, the remaining 4 spare port. The serial server converts the RS-485 bus protocol to an industrial Ethernet protocol, and connects to the station control management host through TCP/IP to build the data link. The communication management equipment is installed in the operator's operation desk of the electrical duty room and is installed together with the station control management equipment. The station control management equipment is the North China industrial control host, monitor, HP printer and Shante UPS power supply, all installed in the electrical duty. Room console. Acrel-2000 power monitoring system software installed on the host computer realizes the collection, processing and various human-machine interaction functions of field instrument data .

4 system function

The PC software uses Acrel-2000 power monitoring software to perform software configuration such as device configuration, database variable configuration, and interface design. The software monitoring and power monitoring functions of the host computer are completed.

The interface labels the loop number, use, circuit breaker number, transformer ratio, and the loop usage can be modified by a user with administrator authority. 4.2 Report Function: Through the report function, you can query the general electric parameter data of the main circuit at any time, the power consumption of the low-voltage loop, the leakage current value of the low-voltage feeder circuit, and the temperature value of the distribution cable. The main concern of the users is the electricity consumption report. The electricity consumption report is used to measure the electricity charges of the tenants and to perform cost accounting after checking with the power supply bureau. 4. 3 Accident alarm and recall: The power monitoring system defines all the functions of overload distribution and real-time alarm and history alarm query of the switch power distribution. As shown in the following figure 6, the alarm time and loop name are listed in the list. Loop number, data point, alarm content and alarm value data.

4.4 User Management : The system provides perfect user authority and password control, and double verification is performed for important operations (such as remote control, telemetry, and setting value delivery), as shown in Figure 7 below:

5 operation effect

With the development of society and the widespread use of electricity, smart power monitoring systems have become an inevitable choice for entertainment venues . After the Acrel-2000 power monitoring system was completed, electric watch personnel were reduced, real-time monitoring of on-site information was realized, and application of alarm windows was realized. , Eliminating electrical faults, remote remote control operations, making duty personnel safer, and implementing the entire package more humane.

6 Conclusion

This paper takes the three-tier network topology of Acrel-2000 intelligent power monitoring system as the core, analyzes the selection of network topology, and the functions and performance indicators of Acrel-2000 power monitoring system. In the power monitoring system, configuring the network power meter has obvious advantages such as simple implementation and low investment, which can conveniently and real-timely monitor the running status of the power distribution system, and perform unified management of on-site power equipment, eliminating the need for staff to go to the site. The tedious work of recording, the system manages and analyzes the historical operating data and status of various electrical equipment, facilitates the maintenance personnel to clarify equipment conditions, formulates detailed equipment maintenance plans, reduces staff, and improves efficiency. At the same time, according to the established electricity metering system, it is possible to understand and analyze the overall energy consumption of buildings, propose plans for reducing consumption, adopt measures for energy conservation and consumption reduction, and gradually increase the efficiency of electricity consumption.

Finally, although the Acrel-2000 power monitoring system provides users with a complete set of data, when it comes to the use of power management, it also requires human analysis and processing. Only by continuing to use this system can we find more benefits from it.
